Other advantages include, of course:
- the proximity of sandy beaches such as Cala’n Bosc and Cala Blanca,
- the multitude of restaurants where you can sample traditional Menorcan cuisine,
- easy access to the heart of Ciutadella, its historic sites and charming alleyways.

About the selection:

What to look for when choosing accommodation in Menorca – Advice
- The ease of parking as this is not always the case in Ciutadella even in paid public parking lots. If there is no dedicated parking at your accommodation, check the reviews and ask for details when you book. Parking can become complicated with people passing through during the day or evening. For example, the most central public parking lot in Ciutadella is on Plaça Es Born, but it’s not necessarily the closest to the area where you’ll be staying.
- The distance to the beach if you want to swim at any time. Some beaches and coves can be reached after a short hike. If you want easy access to the sea, consider whether the beach is within walking distance of your accommodation. The beaches around Ciutadella are generally easy to reach and shallow.
- Check the reviews to know if there’s a lot of foot traffic in the area – if daily life is busy, you can easily have a noisy establishment nearby.
