Travel bloggers are the reason I started blogging. I was very grateful to find their information and stories when I was looking for my next destinations, or planning my next trip or just when I wanted to evade work 🙂 . That’s why I decided to start ZigZag On Earth and share my travels for others doing their research.
The Full Time Travelers
Full time travelers are an amazing source of information because they have plenty of time and can discover hidden treasures just for us. One of my favorite is Liz from YOUNG ADVENTURESS. It is seriously easy to relate to her. Every time I read one of her stories I just feel this is one of my best friend talking to me. Liz has visited more than 30 countries, lived in Spain and is now living in Kiwi Land (aka New Zealand) for our great pleasure. Don’t miss her funny and on point post about 10 things Kiwis do better.
And my runner up is Earl from WANDERING EARL. His posts always make me smiles. I love reading his take on what happens to him or about the countries he goes through. I feel that he always pushes himself and connects with the local and it gives us great insight. Check this post, for example, describing how you know you are traveling in Kyrgyzstan.
I also follow the inspiring adventures of Yak from BORDERLESS TRAVELS and the life stories and crisis of Diana from D TRAVELS ‘ROUND.
The Photograph
Those are not really bloggers as they are no words for their stories but those photos just say it all. Trey Ratcliff from STUCK IN CUSTOMS is my absolute favorite. I really wanted to meet him when I was in New Zealand but at that time he was shooting inspiring photos of Morocco.
With years on the road, Gary from everything-everywhere has an impressive and fascinating collection of travel photos. Do not miss his article on his 2013 year in photos!
The Bucket List Blogger

The Location Specific bloggers
CARIBBEAN TRAVEL BLOG Michael and Nicole travels the world but this is the Caribbean that holds a special place in their travel. Careful, after those seeing those photos you will catch the travel fever! You can start with their Welcome to the Caribbean page.
