Light Painting Games in Darling Harbour

Last updated on January 26, 2016 by Claire / this article contains affiliate links (Info)

Let’s deviate a little bit from Travel.

This week I join Andy from UDU for an evening of light painting games in Darling Harbour, Sydney.

UDU, you know: Understand Down Under, the company with whom I did my favorite organize tour so far: the moonwalk in the Royal National Park near Sydney. Check it out!

Well, there was too much light around and I collected more than 40 mosquito bites, but we had fun!

And some of the participants were really really good. A special thanks to Bi Hua Kua for writing in the air for me:

The best game was Simon Says. It started easy but already some were showing some difficulties and elimination was harsh at each round. Look at the progression of the game:

Simon Says… Draw a fish That becomes interesting!!!

Simon Says… Draw a smiley face…             How are smiley faces worst than fishes???
UDU Light Painting Sydney
Simon Says… Draw an umbrella…              Not bad!
UDU Light Painting Sydney
Simon Says… Draw a cat…                    Sadly the lights were fading but that was quite good!

Simon Says… Draw a giraffe…                             I am impressed, aren’t you?
Simon Says… Draw the Opera House & the Harbour Bridge…               Very conceptual versions for the finale!

And by the way who can guess, what the theme was for this one.

Simon Says… draw me ???

Probably no one… They were supposed to draw Australia 🙂

Overall, I think the best one of the night was this giraffe. Loving it!

My winner, the giraffe!

And here is the group of talented drawers:
