2. Scope and description of the articles
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the site ZigZagonearth.com.
The website ZigZagonearth.com offers for sale intellectual works in digital form (PDF).
Digital books (or eBooks) sold on Zigzagvoyages.fr are digital files containing intellectual works to be downloaded to be read on electronic devices (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.).
Digital works are protected by French and international copyright laws.
3. Intellectual Property
The downloaded files are reserved for the exclusive use of the buyer. They can neither be resold, nor rented, nor transmitted free of charge beyond his family circle and the legitimate needs of his private use; any representation or reproduction of these files, total or partial is strictly prohibited and would expose their holder to pursuits.
4. Orders
All orders are placed through the Sendowl platform. Payment is made at the time of order.
The customer must be at least 18 years and have legal capacity or parental permission to make an order on ZigZagonearth.com.
The click on the button "Order" or "Pay" on the screen that summarizes the order and explicit acceptance by a dialog box of these terms and conditions of sale, constitutes an electronic signature that certifies the unqualified consent of the customer to these terms and conditions of sale (including the unit price) specific to each file purchased. The customer waives, therefore, to take advantage of any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase.
The customer can abandon his order until the validation of the payment of his order. Any order with a fraud risk profile may be blocked by the administrator at the payment stage.
5. Availability of eBooks - Delivery
Following the order, the eBook can be downloaded from the confirmation screen.
An email is also sent with a download link.
The download link is valid for 1 year and for a maximum of 8 downloads.
The administrator of this site cannot be held responsible for technical problems beyond his control, such as connection problems due to Internet service providers or computer problems due to the customer's hardware or software.
5. Price
The prices of the products are net in euros including all taxes.
All orders are invoiced in Euros and payable in Euros at the time of order.
6. Payment
The price is payable in full and in one payment at the time of order.
The payment of the purchases is carried out by bank card or Paypal. The bank transaction is carried out at the time of the order.
7. Warranty, return and refund
Product Warranty
If a PDF is defective, you have 14 days to return the digital product by email. As soon as we receive the defective work, a new article will be offered for download.
Right of withdrawal
Digital files cannot be returned.
If you have not yet downloaded the file, you can request a refund within 14 days after purchase - use the form here or by replying to the confirmation email.

8. Protection of personal data
The information requested from the customer is necessary to process orders. This information and data is also kept for security purposes in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. This data is stored via the SendOwl platform (see their conditions).
Personal data is processed in compliance with the French law on information technology, files and freedom of 6 January 1978. Any person registered on this site has the right to access and rectify their personal data. To do so, please contact me.
9. Responsibility
ZigZagonearth.com disclaims any liability for breach of contract due to force majeure (strike, flood, fire, offline sales platform ...).
