Den mest dramatiske del af Loch Awe er den nordlige. Den er omgivet af Ben Cruachan (1124 m) og Beinn Eunaich (988 m).<br\/>Lidt mod syd er der, hvor loch l\u00f8ber sammen med Awe-floden. Jeg var base for Campbells of Glenorchy i 150 \u00e5r. Det var oprindeligt et 5-etagers t\u00e5rn, men der blev tilf\u00f8jet sektioner senere. Dens gennemsnitlige bredde er 1 km (0,62mi).<\/p>\n\n<p>Den l\u00f8ber parallelt med havvandet Loch Fyne, hvor det ber\u00f8mte <a style=\"outline: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zigzagonearth.com\/inveraray-castle-scotland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inveraray Castle<\/a> ligger, og med den vilde og fantastiske <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zigzagonearth.com\/da\/loch-etive-glen-etive-skotland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loch Etive<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Fordi den er s\u00e5 smal, er udsigten spektakul\u00e6r. Desv\u00e6rre er udsigten begr\u00e6nset det meste af vejen langs loch. Meget af jorden ved vandet er privatejet, og der er tr\u00e6er overalt langs vejen. Der er udsigt over den sydlige ende af Loch Awe. Jeg var heldig at have et fantastisk lys i det \u00f8jeblik. Den forbinder Loch Awe og Loch Fyne. Det var ikke p\u00e5 min rute, men det s\u00e5 fint ud.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"t-1614779427450\"><strong>Loch Awe Cairns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Flere varder er placeret syd for Loch Awe. Der er Glebe Cairn, Nether Largie Cairns, Temple Wood Stone Circles, Ri Cruin Cairn og Dunchraigaig Cairn.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Jeg fik kun \u00f8je p\u00e5 \u00e9n (se billedet nedenfor).
